Hello

Arts and crafting have always been my "happy place."  Ever since I was a little girl, I have been crafty. My grandmother taught me to crochet when I was 9 years old and that was all it took. Over the years I have done all kinds of arts and crafts - crocheting, needlework, stained glass, tole painting, home decor, stamping, scrapbooking, doodling, and dotting just to name a few!

I discovered dotting in 2018.  While on a "rabbit hole" trip on Pinterest, I saw an ornament that had dots all over it. It wasn't a mandala but had such pretty swirling patterns made from dots.  I then saw a dotted stone and decided right then and there that I was going to teach people how to dot.  Of course, I had to figure it out first, myself!  I jumped in with both feet.  I searched, and watched, and taught myself how to dot. I created my first pattern for a dotting class that I taught in August 2018.  I've been hooked ever since.

There is something magical about dotting and art in general.  You jump in and the next thing you know, your mind has calmed. You're focused. The world kind of fades away and all you have is you and your art. It is so therapeutic!

Fast forward to today - I am still teaching - just online via Patreon. I teach a live tutorial every week.  We do a wide range of projects, from small to large, from easy to more complex. We do it together - a dot at a time!  I also create dotting patterns that anyone, whether new or experienced, can follow along step by step and recreate the dot art. There are over 80+ patterns that are available on Etsy.
